Aging Building and Nonresponsive Management The building is poorly managed and has been getting worse since there was a change in management staff in late 2020/early 2021. Since moving here I have had problems with bugs, mold, the near constant smell of marijuana coming from vents and the hallway, and increasing noise from the elevator, Management is neither responsive nor transparent.
Outstanding Place The terrific sales staff, Alexa and Melissa, helped my son tour the apartments in Wilmington and text simultaneous videos to me in Los Angeles! View and quality are fabulous.
RecommendedThe Residences at Christina Landing is a wonderful place to live. I have been here for a year and have every intention of renewing my lease. Many people have pets, and the building is very friendly. It's quiet -- I've never had a problem hearing my neighbors. Overall, it is a fantastic place. Also, maintenance is attentive if you ever need them. :)

Could not be less happy with this property than I am. I lived here for a year and 1/2 and paid them over $40k to rent a "luxury property". Terrible parking, loud elevators, horrible customer service. They charged me $250 to clean the carpets after I left claiming they were dirty! This is certainly not a luxury property. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want horrible service, lack of anyone at the desk, nightmare parking, etc. etc. etc.
