I’m moving in soon and all I can say is Tyler has been so helpful and kind with my questions. He’s been super patient and helpful in getting all of my questions and needs addressed.
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the decision to move in here. It is a brand new build and I thought for sure it would be a great place to live given the amenities and price of rent. So far all I’ve been impressed by is the beautiful lobby and outdoor community space. The space in my 1bedroom plus den unit is so poorly planned it’s unbelievable. Beautiful luxury apartments with great amenities.
I've lived here about 3 years now and thought I'd share a quick review. I'm in the west apartments (not the brand new Phase 3 central apartments). Pros - 1)Maintenance workers are very friendly and helpful. If something in your apartment breaks they usually fix it pretty fast. 2)Great location a short walk from downtown Willoughby. 3)The amenities are great (pool, fitness center, dog parks etc) 4)Apartments are pretty good sized and clean. 5)Nice maintenance of the community (lawn always looks great, they just repainted the ... read more
