STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by the superficial look of these apartments like I was. My apartment has now flooded twice (both with enough water damage where the apartment was unlivable). Water was literally pouring out of my kitchen light fixtures and down my walls. Apparently, no (zero) preventative measures were taken after the first flood. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Management and managment company are terrible. They nickel and dime you for everything, but don't fix any of the broken amenities we are paying thousands of dollars for. We are paying big bucks to live in this community and the community website boasts that there are many amenities for guests - well here's a list of all the things broken (including the jacuzzi!) not sure what I'm paying extremely high rent for since I can't use any of the amenities I'm ...
