I lived at PMC property for 3 years and have had a great experience when it comes to the staff. liike all properties there were issues with the building but the staff always tried their hardest to fix them. Byron, head of maintenance, would come ever time to fix the elevator even on his off days and when he was not on call. Nice building. Incompetent management. I've only been here for four months and Management is unable to keep the building working. Elevators are frequently down, which is problem when they're the only way to easily get to your floor or the parking garage. I've gotten stuck in the elevator multiple times and had to pry myself out because the front desk was nowhere to be found as usual. Garage doors constantly have problems. I've lived here for 4 months now and I love living here. Dominic is always so helpful; one of the best experiences. As the assistant property manager he is very attentive, nice, consistent and dedicated. He is totally a great asset to the leasing office team. I appreciate his hard work because he always go above and beyond for his residents.
The units are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the location close to Mt. Vernon is amazing. Also the best and friendliest security guards and maintenance team, especially the desk lady in the afternoon who always checks up on everyone! Truly feels like family. Most importantly, huge shoutout to Chris Godwin for being incredibly helpful and responsive and for making my time at 300 St. Paul a phenomenal experience!
Byron and david on the maintenance team are very good helped tremendously during move in and move out process
