The property manager Chris Godwin has made my time living here such a pleasant experience, I have had a good time using the different amenities here like the pool and the game room.
UPDATE: Recently moved in The Residencies at 300 St. Paul. Let me say that the complex is clean and QUIET. As a night shift nurse I truly appreciate the quietness. Move in went smoothly, although it would have gone even smoother with a loading dock and wider doors so some of my furniture could fit through the doors. BUT they need to do better with being transparent about their fees. The lease is very confusing on the wording. I didn’t have this in mind for hot girl summer. Listen, several of us are without working ac. I don’t know how reasonable they expect us to be when a wild heat wave blanketed the DMV, and we were left to bake. It’s bad, y’all. Don’t be surprised if a 5 start review conveniently follows mine any recent five star reviews that come pouring in are likely friends/spouses of management or just bunk accounts. Keep cool, stay away if you know what’s good for you, and above all, stay woke.
My time at 300 St Paul Place has been great. The management team has been very helpful. I would most definitely recommend 300 St. Paul Place to anyone who's looking!!
PMC PROPERTY LEFT MY FLOOR WITH NO AIR CONDITIONER IN OVER 90 DEGREE WEATHER FOR DAYS! MULTIPLE TIMES!! DO NOT LEASE HERE! The staff is nice and try their best but PMC does not up keep the structure of the building!!! Elevators are ALWAYS down and so are the HVAC units. I called the emergency number and let them know i was pregnant and they still did not come to fix it! These apartments cost way too much to always break down. BEWARE if you lease here!!
