I've lived here for 4 months now and I love living here. Dominic is always so helpful; one of the best experiences. As the assistant property manager he is very attentive, nice, consistent and dedicated. He is totally a great asset to the leasing office team. I appreciate his hard work because he always go above and beyond for his residents.
The units are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the location close to Mt. Vernon is amazing. Also the best and friendliest security guards and maintenance team, especially the desk lady in the afternoon who always checks up on everyone! Truly feels like family. Most importantly, huge shoutout to Chris Godwin for being incredibly helpful and responsive and for making my time at 300 St. Paul a phenomenal experience!
Byron and david on the maintenance team are very good helped tremendously during move in and move out process
I just want to give huge shot out to Dominic the new assistant property manager. He is very professional, nice and super attentive. I really appreciate responsiveness when it comes to any request or issues I have in my apartment. He replies back very quickly and always get the job done.
My stay at 300 st.paul was nothing short of tranquil. I had to move due to unforeseen circumstances but I give extra credit to the property manager Chris who handled my situation with empathy and respect. This made my transfer to another pmc property smooth & I’m grateful for that!
