leasing office agent is unprofessional and pretentious. the lobby was complete chaos while trying to tour. for the price it should feel safe and employees should be courteous.

If you are being sued by this apartment complex and feel the situation is unfair, please don’t give up. I was also charged late fees and even legal fees, despite my rent not being late. I was further told that additional late charges would continue to accumulate during the lawsuit. Even the apartment manager told me that if I took the matter to court, the judge would laugh at me. We recently moved in and Austin has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was patient with all of our questions, responsive to our concerns, and made sure any move-in issues were addressed quickly. We really appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service!
Kendall was excellent. Really liked the property. Amenities are top notch. Price is reasonable. Strongly considering leasing here.
