Management has been great over the past year, my maintenance requests have been promptly taken care of recently and I enjoy living in this community. 6 year resident.

At 7:43 PM, I reported a high-priority emergency involving a rapidly overflowing water heater, but despite multiple follow-up calls and being told help was on the way, no one arrived to mitigate the flooding. Due to the lack of response and increasing danger to my family, I was forced to call the fire department to shut off the water after waiting over an hour without any assistance. Horrible staff in office they are stuck up and don’t know how to greet people or have conversations the young Latino girl in the front doesn’t know how to talk answer questions or speak in right way and they throw horrible mark up fees and wouldn’t take my rent for a month then evicted me I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here until they get better management or update townhomes inside
