Im not very happy with the office. It is very difficult to get a hold of somebody. I call and they never call back. I tried to get some paperwork and they never emailed it to me or my wife. The office is closed once again today. Like it was like Monday, when my wife was available to go by. These apartments are way overpriced for the quality. Management team is terrible. The property manager doesn’t even show her face, and gets snarky with resident complaints. She puts all the dirty work on Lainey. The pool was said to be open on Memorial Day and did not open until the week before Labor Day. When they said all “issues” with it were fixed that was a lie. The weather stripping was floating around in the pool. All of the “updated” apartments were the definition of putting lipstick on a pig. New management doing a much better job
Lanie was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! She was so welcoming, and I can't wait to call this place home.
Toured with young lady named Samantha. She was so informative and easy to talk to her. She made my tour so much fun. I highly recommend Turnberry all for the simple fact that Samantha was impressive. The property is beautiful as well.
