My family have been here 2 years, almost 3 years and we have had so many issues with our townhome unit. When our microwave was catching fire, instead of replacing the microwave they placed a metal square plate on the area that was sparking. When our toilet flooded over they did not show up until 2 days later. Maintenance has been the biggest issue here. For the past 3 months we have been dealing with our kitchen faucet/sink being broke. Terrible service. They tell you that they are going to deliver the apartment one day and you plan to make your move and when you are here they tell you that you are missing a document which is a justification because the apartment is not ready. They make you waste a lot of time and here time is money.
