Update- it gets worse, they don’t consider AC issues of high importance. For almost 2 weeks now my AC is going in and out. After multiple work orders and trips to the leasing office, maintenance will come and do a temporary fix. It has gone out again and they don’t seem to care. I was told today by two employees that maintenance would be in my unit to fix the AC before they left for the day and of course nobody showed up. This apartment actually not bad please make sure you keep clean up a lot and leave nothing out. It’s what you make it to be honest. I can get myself together with this apartment. I would recommend this if you tryna stack some paper and get ahead
