Moved in 1 month ago AC doesn’t work. Facilities doesn’t speak English and closes ticket as resolved with temperature inside over 78. Multiple requests for management to contact me with no response. This is a terrible experience with people who don’t care about residents.
I’m giving 4 stars because of the excellent staff and a smooth move-in process. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and from day one, the office team has been generous, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is top-tier always quick to respond and get the job done right. I truly enjoyed living here until I started having ongoing issues with my downstairs neighbor. I applied June 25th and was able to move in by June 5th thank you to Ayanna. She was extremely patient with me throughout the approval process! Jack and Jamie also were great the day I moved in despite being extremely busy in the office and understaffed. It is worth mentioning how patient and kind they were with the customers that didn’t know English as well. Overall great move-in experience. Just because of all the bad reviews I AM NOT RENTING HERE! TRASH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. How dare you take peoples money and you don’t think that they are owed maintenance and help. Why would you have people running an auto mechanic shop on the premises. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. No one should spend their hard earned money on this place at all! Thank you all for your honest reviews you save us hard working people to save our money.
