Extremely Disappointing Management and Lack of Compassion I recently just renewed my lease with this apartment complex, and the way I’m getting treated now I wish I didn’t. Feeling very disheartened about my experience with Residence North Dallas so far. So far my overall experience has been: Leasing: We were approved long before our actual move in date, the leasing staff treated us like dirt when asking for updates and subsequently our lease (still hadn’t received it days before our move in day). Henry Reusch at the leasing office is very condescending and disrespectful. Especially if you are a woman. He doesn’t care about helping you with your problems. Henry is the reason I don’t recommend living here.
As a first-time apartment renter, I’ve been living here for almost two months and have had a great experience so far. I was nervous before moving in because of some of the reviews I had read online, but my experience has been very positive. What stands out the most is how responsive the office staff is. They answer calls, respond quickly, and genuinely try to help, which makes a huge difference when you need assistance.
