In the past, I formally complained about a series of negative experiences my mother has encountered at the Residence of Midtown. Now to add onto it, the parking reservations is completely getting out of hand. Limited free spots now exist making it difficult for residents to even find a spot especially after a hard day of work. This and other issues have significantly impacted my mothers quality of life and well-being.
