My husband and I have been here for 2 years. We are enjoying our home. The manager is the best manager that we have had. She keeps us informed of what we need to know, she is VERY PROFESSIONAL, she's a down to earth person, she takes good care of the tenants, and she is an honest person. I could go on but the description speaks for itself. My husband and I are so glad that she is our manager.

All of these glowing reviews are the complete opposite of my experience with this person. I found her to be the most incompetent and unprofessional person I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In my 40 years in the management business, she would not have lasted 30 days with me.

CeCe was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and provided us with all of the information we wanted concerning Legacy Park. She gave us a key and directions to an empty unit so that we could look around at our leisure. When we were in her office several residents came in and she was courteous and friendly to all of them. She is the reason that Legacy Park is our first choice of senior living options. We hope that there is an available unit in May when we return to Texas from South Dakota.

The staff here are top notch. Cece's customer service, professionalism, compassion and care is above and beyond. It is a rare thing to find such good caring in a landlord....I will forever be grateful for all she did for my father and all the residents in her care

We moved our parents into Legacy Park in July and they LOVE IT! The quality of the home is top-notch. The management staff are wonderful! It was a great decision for our parents. Update-property sold out, new management is unprofessional, the grounds are not kept up, and raised the rent. Sad.
