While frantically searching for a last minute and flexible lease agreement, I contacted Gateway Village and Jessica was more than respectful and delighted to help my family and I right on the spot! This apartment has constant gate key fob issues. The only way it works is to point the fob at a box in a separate area from the gate. This does not work while keys are in the ignition of my vehicle. This is an obvious safety issue and any half intelligent person can see this as just a poor logistical choice.
