Speed bumps are horrible, they messed up my car they should be removed or atleast some of them there's no reason for there to be so many especially around the back. the pools are always dirty. full of debris and algae. 1 thing that the leasing office did not mention is that the late fee for rent is $120 do they expect us to pull this money out of nowhere they should extend their rent payment schedule to the 5th of every month a lot of people are struggling with basic necessities its hard times right now.
I just want to say one thing before I start my review. Listen any place you go to can be an apartments stores parks people will always have opinions but you can’t be going by people opinions till you actually go check it out yourself then have your own opinion . Apartment complex is nice and clean, maintenance is extremely helpful and timley. Some of the staff members at the front office are often condescending.
Smells like dog shit everywhere, management is horrible, very slow repairs, way overpriced! Don’t move here!!
