Building number placs need to be twice the size and placed on the limestone stair breezeway exterior or large numbers placed on the upper corners of the building, both options need to be easily viewable from the driveway day and night. Look at all other apartment complex in the area for examples.
This is a horrible place to live in. Definitely do not recommend. Avoid the problems that will come with it 👎🏽
It’s getting pretty ghetto around here Balcony corrido karaoke at 8 am is crazy *Update* At the end of my lease, gave 60 days, then asked if I could get out 30 days earlier and pay a prorated amount or even more than half. Girl on the phone does the “math” and says it’ll be $2k….mind you my rent is $1,050 lol Also dogs shit everywhere and no one cares, leaves from the trees all over the breezeway always.
I made a phone call to ask about their apartment information and the woman that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. She answered my questions very arrogantly, just for that I will not be signing here.
