It's so annoying that management won't do anything about your complaints. They just say they'll speak to the "courtesy officer" who "lives on site" and that they'll forward the complaint to the property manager (who is never there). The pool "closes" at 10, yet there are always inconsiderate people being loud and obnoxious past midnight. I regret renewing my lease. Don't waste your money on these apartments. They don't process your paperwork when leaving. They lost them or just didn't care to process them. Then charge you for more months because "they were not notified". You'll never hear from property management when you reach out to them and promised to be called by one. Management is horrible, go somewhere else to avoid the headache and false charges.
I HAVE SUBMITTED MULTIPLE WORK ORDERS AND I NEVER GET A RESPONSE, THESE ARE HORRIBLE APARTMENTS I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE ENDS TO MOVE OUT. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND HORRIBLE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVEN JUST BREATHING AROUND HERE.

Pools are disgusting. One pool is literally green and the other is not as dirty but the fountain are off. The photos old photos they use when the complex had the original owners. They did fix the pot holes but every else is horrible. There is hardly any pool furniture and of there is it's all broken. Such a shame this complex has so much potential
