Apartment complex is nice and clean, maintenance is extremely helpful and timley. Some of the staff members at the front office are often condescending.
Smells like dog shit everywhere, management is horrible, very slow repairs, way overpriced! Don’t move here!!
Thanks to everyone's comments I won't be getting a place here. I've seen some way better and same priced apartments on sugar road which are some town homes for the same price
Negative review! Their gate has malfunction issues and damaged my vehicle when I was entering and they refused to fix it because of the “sign” they have. What did they expect? For me to drive my truck in milliseconds? It opened and i drove in, as i was driving in, gate closed and damaged a whole side of my truck! I called and they said their is a sign! Obviously cops said it’s a malfunction on their end! HORRIBLE PLACE!!
Building number placs need to be twice the size and placed on the limestone stair breezeway exterior or large numbers placed on the upper corners of the building, both options need to be easily viewable from the driveway day and night. Look at all other apartment complex in the area for examples.
