I lived here for many years and loved my apartment, Alexis the property manager came and only improved things! Great place to rent.
I had a great experience today touring the property with James Hill at The Reserves at Arboretum. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how welcoming and informative he was throughout the tour. Thank you to James and the team for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable.
Not worth how much you pay for rent. The rent increases are ridiculous. The maintenance is not always available had to work with lights not being switched out so some of the lights go out. Maintenance never came for half of what was needed to be done. Had to pay a security deposit of 200 because of their mistake putting it towards first month rent when I first moved in 2024. instead of putting it in as a security deposit. Like they was suppose to.
