One of the worst apartment I ever seen with the new management I have no choice but to leave this apartment even before my lease is and I cannot stay in there it took them three months to fix my dryer and dishwasher. This is the WORST place to live. Nothing but problems that never get resolved. The manager is all about getting these deposits and high rent but is never any help. She likes to down play any problems we have. Like other reviews have stated. Multiple mold places and all they do is come in and spray it once with bleach then paint and caulk right back over it. Water has been leaking from a differsnt spot for days. Now I have my whole apartment flooded with feces and used condoms. Of course the on call number that we have doesn'... read more
Awful management! Boyfriend and I travel for work, and he moved out to Monroe first after a short notice work transfer. Unfortunately his background check had an issue, so I applied just so we could get a place to live while we worked through the issue. We paid the deposit and rent, but literally the second day living there, my boyfriend had a major medical event and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
