My apt for the most part is fine. Looking at the property outside reminds me of the ghettos. Just yesterday, since my complaints went unanswered, I had my grandson and his friend get rid of 4 large bags of smelly trash that someone put under the stairs 3 weeks ago. Unsightly trash on the grounds, around the dumpster and everywhere else is an on-going issue. I do have to say that they're very timely about getting the rent. I've been a resident for the past 3 years and I just resigned my contract. Amazing place to live! Incredible staff who is a great mix between neighborly friendly and professional. Maintenance is unbelievably awesome--they are extremely fast and reliable. Would definitely suggest living here!!
Management is easy to work with. Maintenance guys get right on your problems. Buildings are nice

Amazing staff--knowledgable, friendly and they always work to assist make your home the best. The maintanence team in INCREDIBLE! They go above and beyond and are always timely. This facility is a perfect mix between professional and caring. Highly recommend for all!

Iâve been living here since august, My roommates boyfriend punched a hole in my door back in august and itâs now november and still hasnât been fixed or the holes in my kitchen. I put in a maintenance request to get my bathroom light fixed and still hasnât been fixed. Also never got a note on my door about our wifi being turned off and tried to go get a wireless one and they donât have anymore and my phone doesnât work in the apartment without wifi or my fire stick.
Nothing very nice place with great add on would recommend to anyone
