The new management has really taken over and made the Reserve On 66th a wonderful place to live. It has become more safe then before, cleaner, and all around amazing. I would recommend anyone to live there. Extremely affordable rates!
-5 stars They have a lawsuit against them for illegal lease terms. Do not rent here! They tried to evict me after I had paid my deposit & rent along with 1/2 of the new residents some paid with no questions. It was a scam to make more money off of broke college kids.Management has been changed 3 times in 1 year. Took them 4 months to come and fix the dishwasher told them not to bother we don't use it and we have dealt with doing dishes by hand. Over priced by a lot. Maintenence is backed up at no fault of their own. It is the management of the complex the young gals in the office who throw their weight and abuse the power and authority thinking they are above the laws and codes of iowa. I personally had to get the building and rental inspection team to contact the management team to get things done. Worst place to live.
