My experience at The Reserve of Southfield was very disappointing overall. Maintenance was extremely slow and unresolved—my dishwasher was broken for over 8 months and was never fixed before I moved out. I also noticed what appeared to be water damage in the ceiling that raised concerns about mold. Communication with the leasing office felt unprofessional at times, and I did not feel that resident concerns were handled with proper care or discretion. Me and my husband came to apply for a unit and we were met by A leasing consultant Margareta with a very nasty attitude, she told me and my husband to come back when another agent was available for a tour I really would like to have moved here But we had to find another place immediately I would’ve gave this place five stars, but after the interaction we had with this agent I can only give one star
I just wanna say thank God for the new management here in this building. I have been here for five years and I could definitely see a change. Thank you Lee and thank you Jakie.
