Management is bad. It isn't pro-rated so you pay a month's rent even though you move in halfway through. Advertised as a gated community but there's no attempt to even get the gate closed. Gate passes are a joke because anyone can come onto the property without one. When you have a problem it takes too long to get fixed. There were bugs in my apartment and some doors dont close all the way. I don't recommend it to anyone and I don't plan to renew my lease at all. The amenities along with the management staff make it the best place to live in Greensboro! I haven't had a single complaint about living here at all. I would recommend The Grove to all of my friends and anyone looking to live in luxury while in college!
Literally hell on earth. Hidden fees everywhere. Gate was broken all year. Someone got shot outside my building. So glad to be leaving.
