I called on Wednesday, left a voicemail and followed up with an email about leasing. I haven’t heard a response back yet. The automated system doesn’t have an option to actually speak to a live individual. Went to the office today (they’re supposed to be open from 10am - 5pm) and the doors were locked. Tried to call the number on the door to schedule a appointment to view the place and I had to leave a message. Disappointed based on the positive reviews so seen.

Noisy and nothing ever get resolved! Despite the fact the office manager go above and beyond, the people above her drop the ball EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Office staff and Maintenance staff Serrel and Dee are really Good and helpful,They try to come as soon as possible to help us.
The staff is just amazing. Kudos to the office staff and Maintenance they never miss a beat when I am need of assistance or any maintenance calls. Domonique is very helpful at anytime I have a questions. The Maintenance team is awesome and takes care of the property like it is also their home as well :)
Great place to live!!!
Great place if you don't have any maintenance problem. It took about 1 week for a broken pipe when I just moved in last year. Maintenance left my key at the door when they went in once. Recently, there was another water pipe broken incident. I have no water in bathroom for shower and toilet and manager stated" it is not an uninhabitable environment and she lived somewhere worse". Then she told me to find somewhere to sleep if I am not happy about the apartment condition.
