I want to start this off by saying the leasing consultants, especially Kaitlyn, and the maintenance team have been very pleasant to work with. On the flip side, I would not recommend living at the Reserve to a friend. A few months ago we started experiencing a water bubble in our kitchen ceiling. This is going to be a LONG review, so if you don’t feel like reading the whole thing, here is one important takeaway: my apartment was infested with MICE and management did not care. I was ignored multiple times when I reported this issue. Also, I just received my “deposit statement”, and they ended up charging me $243 over my original $500 deposit, even though we cleaned the apartment. I love living here. My apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are kind (I never hear them in my home either), and everyone at the leasing office is friendly. The amenities this complex has to offer are entertaining. I really enjoy the trails throughout the grounds, and the best part of this location is how close of a walk we are to the town center. The only down fall is parking, but the leasing office is working hard to accommodate everyone’s needs.
We are so excited to have moved here! We are very happy to call The Reserve our new home. Darren has been great! He found the best apartment ground floor right off the trail for our family. The girls in the office and the maintenance staff have also been very helpful and very nice. We have have 2 boys ages 15 and 10. We are looking forward to the warmer months, hanging out at the pool, and bbq's. Can't wait to continue enjoying our time here.
