The conditions my mother lived in here were disappointing. Someone in hospice should be treated with more dignity. Please hire more nursing/care staff.
I am very interested to being able to move into The Reserve. But the decision is a life event and I am striving to get this completed. Lisa Marie has been so kind, helpful and pstient during this process and I can't thank her enough.
The moment I walked in I felt the great vibes. I’ve been invited to a couple of “happenings“ there since my first tour of “the reserve“ and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE , that works there are truly unbelievably friendly & engage with the residents. They all work like crazy and seem to love it! In particular, I will mention Justin Broome Who gave me my tour originally. I never felt rushed. Had a fantastic experience with The Reserve. I was looking for a great community with a friendly and active lifestyle for my father and this ended up being it: moved him in just a few days ago and he loves it. There's a lot of freedom but also a notable care and concern for the happiness and well-being of residents.
