No elevator service for at least a month. This is dangerous since there are elderly and handicapped people living here. Something needs to be done!

In general Stoney Creek is a nice complex to live in. The grounds are nicely kept the apartment sizes are really nice,with the high ceilings and a pool on site. However the apartments are paper thin, if I'm standing in my bathroom, I can hear my neighbors having full conversations. I have put in several noise complaints about my upstairs neighbors who are constantly blasting music or allowing a toddler to run around at 3 AM. We have lived in one of the new apartment buildings since the end of May 2016. We love the apartment, and it is a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is a definite problem with the parking spaces they have allotted for the whole new building complex. Yes, they do offer "parking garages" which have their own parking space, but it is very costly. Other than the parking issue, the management and maintenance staff have been very nice and have assisted us whenever there is a problem.
Now since I've contacted the corporate office and made my complaints about parking for seven months now I've been parking anywhere I possibly can now all of a sudden since I've made the complaint I have received a parking violation seems a little coincidental since I've complained about Brian Johnson the property manager that all of a sudden I have received violations I acontinuing with an ongoing problem here at stony Creek Reserves about parking but since I have contacted the property manager several times and received rea... read more
