It has been a great experience so far! Love the space, and neighbors are friendly. And our maintenence gentleman is absolutely 💯 ahmazing!! He even came on Christmas Eve to fix our garbage disposal because he wanted to ensure we could use it for the holiday!!!
I really enjoyed my time at The Reserve. The only reason I moved was because I found a house. The entire staff has been awesome. Gloria is an excellent property manager. I did not have many things to contend with, but Gloria and her team keep that place running smoothly. I highly recommend living there.
The Reserve townhomes from FPI Management were not for me. The FPI criteria for a lease offer took me weeks to assemble & submit. Once approved, I had my choice of FPI's many locations where to lease. " Where Your Lifestyle Ascends". ( see pics ) The Reserve was on the list & leased at The Lenox for a number of reasons. No worries after a year w/ FPI as my landlord & occasionally read the 64 page lease contract. Fan of FPI Management lease offer criteria, but The Reserve was not for me. Ended up at The Lenox on Enterprise Drive with less square footage & alot more senior conveniences.
