I am currently living at The Reserve in Rohnert Park and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the new management took over a few months ago, I really enjoyed living here. Since then, I feel our community has been flooded with new rules that have made living here much less enjoyable. The Reserve was NOT for me. A recent FPI Management spot, now merging into Asset Living Corporation. My lease offer application did get "Approved" thru the RealPage criteria sniffer, ..... but leased at one of their other dozen Sonoma Co locations. Google Maps location pin is wrong. Actual complex is 1/2 mi south on Dowdell Ave.
The Reserve townhomes from FPI Management, now merging into Asset Living Corporation, ...... were NOT for me. FPI standard criteria for a lease offer approved OK. They have many locations in Rohnert Park . " Where Your Lifestyle Ascends". ( see pics ) Leased at The Lenox for a number of reasons. Careful on the Concession Addendum page, cuz if you break the lease, you will be liable to pay any promotional incentives back & that is typically $1000+ USD, big money in anyone's book.
