I lived at The Reserve for a year and wish it had been longer! It's the only property in Sonoma that I know of that offers tenants four-bedroom layouts with three-car garages. The grounds are well kept with a small but functional gym, a nice barbecue area, and safe spaces for kids to play. Being right next to Costco was also a plus. Staff was attentive and eager to help. I love living here. The townhouses are fantastic. 2 and 3 bedroom units with in-unit laundry rooms and 2 car garages are amazing! The prices are high, but they are still cheaper than a mortgage right now, so there's one benefit. The dog park is great for our fur baby and the pool is always the perfect temp.

We just moved in here almost 3 weeks ago and are loving our home. The community is well kept, and the leasing office has been so helpful and supportive. Upon move in there were some last minute details that needed attention and both Gloria and Filiberto didn't hesitate to make the arrangements in a timely manner. Since the start the Property Manager Gloria has been a great manager informative and professional. The maintenance gentleman takes care of everything quickly. Our experience has been one of the best in a long time compared to other places we have lived.
