Had an appointment that we scheduled a week ago to view a unit with an agent and showed up to no one at the leasing office and we called was told no one was at the property today. Was told to just reschedule for another day even though we were sent multiple reminders about our scheduled appointment. Disappointed with the lack of communication to potential tenants.
Viewed this complex when it was first being built, gorgeous
Better than nothing. Property manager and maintence guy are great but the needlessly greedy upper management/corporate get in the way and really drag down the quality. It has been over a month and have not received my safety deposit, have only gotten a letter saying that they are keeping $1400 of my $2000 deposit. I asked for proof of the “damages” and they sent me 5 random photos and said that they do not have to prove why they are keeping my deposit despite what Pa state law says.
