I've had a great experience living at Reserve at Palmer Pointe. Meredith, the Leasing Manager, has been wonderful to work with she's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Germain from the maintenance team is also outstanding. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and addresses maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Looks nice but both myself and my husband tried to tour during regular business hours. Neither of us were able to get someone on the phone or see any leasing agent or employee in the leasing office.
