I love that the staff is always helpful and pleasant to speak with while submitting service requests. My service requests have always been repaired in a timely manner. The grounds are very clean and the salt water pool is refreshing in the summer. I would recommend this community to anyone.. I’ve had a great experience!
The location and amenities are great. But, what makes this place fantastic are the people who manage it! Management hosted a great pool party over the summer and I was lucky enough to know someone who lived there. It was so much fun! If you are new to Lexington, or just looking to rent - you definitely want to stop by for a tour of The Reserve.
You aren't going to find a better location than this place! UK employees or students are a perfect fit!
I lived here for 4 years and am so glad I got out when I did. The new property manager does not care about the residents, it is clearly just a business transaction and they do not care who get screwed over in the process. If you are thinking about moving here and have a pet or ever plan on having a pet DO NOT MOVE HERE. After the in-person walk through, they will go back in with a black light to search the carpet for any stains and every stain they can find just so they can pass along the cost of replacing the carpet onto yo... read more
Highly do NOT RECOMMEND. Our experience was HORRIBLE. Do not move here. Especially if you have a pet!!!! I was here for 4 months and they tried billing me damage for the carpet in the entire apartment from my 4 pound POTTY TRAINED dog. I ended up having to get a lawyer. They love taking advantage of their residents.
