Thank you Reserve for a good 5 years. I love living here because the staff is wonderful, the maintenance team is nothing short of amazing, and everything is nearby, what’s not to love!
So I’ve officially lived here for a year and it’s been nothing but a shit show. Around January a water pipe started leaking causing permanent damage to our ceiling, the maintenance crew then cut 3 separate whole son the kitchen, one in the closet, one in the bathroom, and one in the laundry room. It took maintenance a while month to get to finishing the ones in the kitchen. This is coastal living, love beach life! Quiet here, the office staff are very accommodating and accessible. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance team is friendly and timely at fulfilling requests. The apartment I have is spacious and modern except for kitchen appliances which are dated but efficient and match each other.
