This place was the cleanest and best place we found to move into within our budget. They made move-in easy. Love the gym, pool, and free book library.

Enforcing residents to pay mandatory fees for Spectrum internet and tv package for $110 are the most ridiculous things I ever heard. What if people only want to use the internet services but not the entire package. Why would we have to pay $110 instead of paying something cheaper for just internet. I have been using Spectrum for years and it cost less than $110. I highly encourage all of the residents living here review bombing this place with 1 stars until they remove this ridiculous policy.
