An incredible community with an awesome management team. The complex feels safe and well maintained. Communication between management and residents is top tier.
I have lived at Hawks Ridge The Reserve for the last year. It’s a nice place to live. A little oasis amidst the dry desolate cultural desert that is South Salem. The complex is clean and well maintained. It seems as though most people who live here are rule followers, with outliers being evicted shortly after moving in (a good thing in my opinion). The Reserve At Hawk's Ridge is a very well run establishment. Extremely clean and safe. Beautiful landscape and the facilities are immaculate. There are two workout rooms with top of the line equipment. They are very clean which I appreciate. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Katrina
I have lived here for nearly 4 years, and in another apartment on the property for about 6 months. We love the friendly staff, helpful neighbors, and overall quiet location of this property. We have a great community here, thanks to the amazing staff who are ready with solutions for anything that comes up! Neighbors are helpful and fun during neighborhood-wide holiday events, and have some of the cutest puppies! 11/10 recommend this property as a great place to live in the area!
I came in and was greeted by the manager. She was very professional and the property is beautiful. I filled out an application and was treated as though I was valued. I appreciated it.
