First time moving to the NY,USA, I chose this apartment because it was close to work. The apartment itself was fine, but the area felt unsafe and, unfortunately, the management experience was very disappointing. The rules are plainly, UNREASONABLE and UNACCOMMODATING. There are many negative reviews about the management, and I initially ignored them — but my experience confirmed those concerns. The website looks great and appealing however, the pool is a mirage, majority of the time it’s closed due to lack of Lifeguards. Tenants can’t use the conference/lounge area. Customer Service needs improving, the Corporate office doesn’t respond to letters and/or complaints.
They make living here a nightmare, my packages get constantly stolen, the leasing office is always ignoring me, and the upkeep is terrible, if you have sense please don't move here
Since 2018, I have had an excellent experience living at The Reserve at Glenville. The dedicated staff and outstanding property managers, Meghan and Heather, have been incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I moved in.
