I lived here for 5 years and yes it has gone downhill. Currently the front office management heaven jones and Annmary Gantt are clueless on how to manage these apartments and concerns and issues don’t get resolved here and they wonder why there are so many vacant apartments in here but the lists goes on why people are not wanting to live here buy other than that the two maintenance guys are good and helpful.

This place has gone so down hill. my ac broke in the middle of summer and wont be fixed till Monday. They put a portable ac uniit that has done nothing especially due to it having a gap for the heat to come in.
