RecommendedWe lived here for 2 years and had an awesome experience with the property, the property manager Jessica and with maintenance Ramon, and team. They were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing is 100% perfect anywhere so we had the occasional neighbor below complain about noise and we did hear the other neighbors above us, but thats typical apartment living, not the fault of the property. I cant even put into words how thankful I am to have been able to live in this community for 3.5 years. We got off to a rocky start when the community first opened but as soon as Jessica stepped foot on property she changed the game. She is the manager of the property. If you’re moving to Coral Springs FL, THIS is the place to live! I’ve lived in Coral Springs for 28 yrs and hands down this is the best community in the city! Excellent and convenient location. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Jessica. She always took care of any request or concerns, in a very professional and friendly manner. We absolutely love living here. The grounds are immaculate. My apartment is spacious and new. The management staff is friendly and Nandy went above and beyond for us. ❤️
We moved to Florida In July 2018 and decided to rent for the first year to see where we will end up living first. We were not disappointed with The Reserve. Loved our time here. Everyone is very nice, everything is brand new. The pool area was amazing and clean. The maintenance guys are incredible always riding on the golf carts making sure everything is top notch.
