enjoyed living at the apartment complex. Though after living in my own home for over thirty years there were a ton of things to get used to. Unfortunately, all good will is gone. In fact, when I moved in I really wondered if I had made the correct choice, but because of Andy and Megan things finally got corrected. I lived there for 12 months. Love it here! – I have lived at courtney reserve for 3 years now. I have spoken with several neighbors that love it here as well. The staff is great and they keep the property looking great. I will be here until I purchase a home! Hope this helps with your decision. Just keep in mind that it is the people that are not happy about something that write reviews. Normally people that are happy don't take the time. I am because I work in customer service and I know that every recommendation counts!

DO NOT come to Courtney Reserve – I lived in Courtney reserve at cary park for around 2 years. It was a complete nightmare. Staff were only helpful till I signed the lease. After which they are absolutely rude and horrible. Noise is unbearable. There are cockroaches and bugs in the apartment. Parking is not reserved. They don't return the security deposit back. They have once when complained when my son took a cookie from their leasing office - which it seems are only for future residents and not current ones. One of my neig... read more

I would recommend NOT living here – I am a current resident of Courtney Reserve and would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your new home. The noise from my upstairs and downstairs neighbors is almost unbearable. There is no cell phone reception in this area which makes in very inconvenient if you do not have a land line. I wish someone had told me this information before I signed my lease. Please, save yourself the heartache and frustruation and spend your money at a place you will enjoy.
