What a disappointing community. I was hoping they would be more understanding. I lived in a previous complex with unbearable living conditions that I had to leave, due to them neglecting to resolve any issues. While I did not break my lease, I was forced to move out unable to give my 60 day notice. I did try to pay the overdue amount, management declined which left me with a mark on my credit.
