Sonoma Rental Place, thank you VERY much for your outstanding customer service and great technicians explaining very thoroughly how to properly use equipment and even when something goes wrong with one of their machines, not only do they make it up but they make sure to go through the machine itself, figure out what's wrong and let me know bcuz I hate feeling like I broke another man's tools :-) Great people to do business with I cannot wait to go back, thanks again! ~Jose Ponce Advanced Mobile Tile
I got verbally attack by the guy that received the equipment, I'm new renting equipment at this facility and when I return a machine the guy ask me to untide it, I replied is this to hard for you to do, Then he when crazy and started giving me a horrible attitude, I was on my way to the office and he started following me then I said I don't need you, Then again with the same attitude he said I don't need you either, Which I think he's wrong because if it wasn't for us he would not had a job, I don't have anything but good th... read more
