Great customer service with all employees! They were there to answer any questions, stating clearly what I needed to know about the rental process, when doors and gates would be open and closed, great staff! When I returned the truck, the team was right there again to answer any questions and I was done and in my way quickly. I highly recommend this location!
I contacted Max about a potential duplicate billing issue. He efficiently and quickly researched the issue and made the correction at once. It felt very comforting to be dealing with such a professional organization.
Always friendly and plenty of inventory when I need a trailer.
