Have been working with Rental Lister Group Mark and Team for multiple years now. Great customer service and experience. Recently had a couple incidents where Erica Magallan has been helping me out and her attention to detail is amazing. She has been extremely great to work with and follows through every transaction and takes it to closure. Great team!!!
The rental process through Nevada Superior Properties has been seamless, efficient, and professional! It's a small team that runs like a well-oiled machine. Each team member I dealt with was clear when communicating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Moving is always stressful, and even with a few hiccups the team made it as smooth and stress-free as possible! I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Office staff is friendly and responsive. There have been some issues like not being able to get a code for the smart panel, no codes for pedestrian gates, but overall a good experience.
