I hired to manage my newly constructed property. He allowed tenants to ruin my property. Refunded they're deposits and had me cove cost out of my pocket. I was out of town so it made it easy for him to do so. Lazy with attitude. Creates plumbing issues to cheat you out of money. I caught him in his lies once I got back in town. He us no longer working for me and still owes me money he took for cleaning services. Im documenting emails and text to this day to take it a step further, if he keeps on ignoring emails n text
If you’re on the fence about hiring a property manager, my advice is simple: just do it. I tried managing my rental myself at first, including handling repairs, and I ended up spending money on work that wasn’t even necessary. Looking back, I would have saved both time and money by hiring a professional from the beginning. I highly recommend Mark and his team. One of the biggest things that stood out was their honesty.
