Not sure what is expected of a rental agency but they met all my personal expectations.My first time dealing with a rental agency and is/was a great experience. No middle man talk , you tell them what you need done and they’re in top of it. Any problem we had was known to the owners and taken care of. I was also updated on the request and when they were fixing the problem. We left one property to the next with them and was so simple . Online rent pay is also very convenient.until we buy I will work with The Rent Experts.
I have rented for many years and had some nice property managers to deal with but when you are in urgent need of a rental property through no fault of your own these previous agents did not help my situation.
