Our experience with TROC was fantastic. My fiancé and I have never done a reno before but Cesar and his team made sure everything went incredibly smoothly. Communication was great throughout and I really felt like the whole team took immense pride in their work. Thank you to Cesar, Jeff and Mehmet (just to name a few) for their outstanding work. I would recommend this team to anyone! Pricing was very reasonable and transparent.
Fall 2024 We were fortunate enough to find TROC (The Renovators of Canada) at last year’s Home Show. Denis (owner) was very knowledgeable and informative at our home visit to give us an estimate on the job we were looking to have done. Dennis and his team did a fantastic job installing new counters and painting some trim for me; easy to deal with, responsive - would definitely use TROC again
TROC did our kitchen renovation about 7 years ago. While not the cheapest, we decided to hire them to remodel 2 bathrooms and a powder room based on experience and their 10 year warranty. Chris W and his crew were very professional, courteous, and efficient We liked that they gave us practical suggestions and options when the original plan did not work out as we expected, such as, changing directions of floor tiles placements, adding caulking to fix a gap between 2 pcs of quart;z .
