Choosing TROC to renovate our washrooms was the best decision ever! Their crew was very professional and kept us in the loop for the entire process. When we had questions, Perry, Chris, Caesar and his team took their time to explain everything and made sure we were okay. Lastly, they were also very respectful to our home. TRoc are the best basement Renovators that we were lucky to find in GTA. We met them at the home show and came to our house for a preliminary assessment. ROC were recommended to me for a bathroom renovation and, not only was the craftsmanship top quality but, the customer service beat my expectations. Our experience with TROC was fantastic. My fiancé and I have never done a reno before but Cesar and his team made sure everything went incredibly smoothly. Communication was great throughout and I really felt like the whole team took immense pride in their work. Thank you to Cesar, Jeff and Mehmet (just to name a few) for their outstanding work. Fall 2024 We were fortunate enough to find TROC (The Renovators of Canada) at last year’s Home Show. Denis (owner) was very knowledgeable and informative at our home visit to give us an estimate on the job we were looking to have done.
