Renfrew welcomed my dual-diagnosed 17 year old with open arms and open minds following a failure at in-patient. this place is predatory. like other reviewers say, they ONLY recommend residential regardless of what level of treatment you need. this was actually confirmed to me by an ed therapist who has referred to them over the years, she said that in the 10 years she has been referring to different places renfrew has not ONCE recommended anything but residential. they are for profit, this is so they can make more money. they are doing so on the backs of vulnerable people. that is one of the foulest things I can think of. the evaluati... read more
If you care about your loved ones do not send them here this place will evaluate you and under any condition you are in recommend residential treatment. Their motivation has nothing to do with patients well-being and everything to do with the dollar sign. Can’t even call to make an appointment no one answers and it disconnects saying the party can’t be reached
Far too expensive even for outpatient care. Over $1000 with insurance for their 8 week program, and do not take Medicaid plans. Wanted to force me into inpatient, which is not an option I can do.
