We used Renee and team to sell our Hoboken condo. On a very tight time table they were able to get us in order, get the place on the market and receive a bunch of offers, which definitely exceeded our expectations. Renee assisted with getting us a painter on a few days notice, helping to stage the place recommending a lawyer and lots of other stuff including being available for questions at all hours.
