I was paying 500 a month for extremely old appliances and a roach infested house. I would find a least a couple of roaches a week, which is not something that was ever solved entirely. The new management that came in over the summer is not great. They keep sending out new rules, like if you lock yourself out then you will have to get a locksmith to replace the lock, even though there are other people living in the apartment. Living here at 1818 was a great experience & the new management is sweet & have great communication.The maintenance guys fixed the work order in the apartment soon as it was put in!Keep up the great work!
Ever since the management of this student living changed to Caliber, they have been very shambolic and poor in their management. There is no good customer service, they management and staffs forgot they are there because of the renters who indirectly gets their bills paid. They don't answer the phone, reply to calls or respond to emails. Very set poor staffs from the manager to the office staffs.
