RecommendedWhen you first walk in the door, there's an overwhelming sense of peace and you are home. The staff are welcoming, great to work with. Spacious apartment with the costs on point compared to other places in the area. Love having a washer/dryer and sizable kitchen. Quiet apartments, no neighbor noise!!!Amenities are great! Rooftop is a nice place to escape. Maintenance issues handled quickly, thoroughly and they take pride in their work. This building is a GEM!!!! Won't you be my neighbor???😁

I've lived in the Renaissance since I moved to Cincinnati 2 years ago & have done 2 internal transfers between apartments. The apartments are so spacious with beautiful, high ceilings. Betsy & Lynnette make transfers so easy & are amazing to work with. The gym is a great size & never overcrowded & the rooftop is a beautiful community area. The people are kind, the location is perfect, & the building has been kept so clean & safe (especially since Coronavirus - the staff reacted so fast back in March & have been so impressive... read more
The Renaissance is an amazing place to live. You get so much space for the cost comparatively to most other managed buildings in Cincinnati, yet don’t take any trade offs - my unit was renovated right before I moved in. I would argue it has the best roof top in the whole city and there is also a small but effective gym, business center (with printer!), and a few other common spaces that the staff does a great job of keeping super clean and put together. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Renaissance at the Power Building!! We have lived here for about five years and LOVE everything about it. The apartments are all spacious and have great amenities, the whole building is maintained excellently inside and outside, the management is wonderful and always helpful in every way, and the neighbors are fantastic people too. I would absolutely recommend living here. Are the apartments great? Yes. Are the amenities great? Yes. But let's talk for a moment about how the management team makes you feel like family and helps out. Throughout our entire process, which had some complications, we were constantly checked on and made sure that things were going well. They walked us through and were there to help with all of the challenges that we endured. I just signed a lease with my fiancee and we could NOT be more excited to move in! Lynnette has been absolutely incredibly to work with and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answer all of our questions. I think we are most excited to live at the Renaissance because it feels like a community (not to mention the stellar rooftop patio!). Moving day can't come soon enough :)

Living at The Renaissance has been a great experience from day one. The apartment I moved into was very recently modernized/redone and is beautiful. The maintenance staff is always extremely quick to act if there is an issue in the building. Betsy, the Building Manager, is one of the best in the business. She is extremely efficient, willing to help, and exceedingly communicative with her residents. Lynnette, who works in leasing, is also extremely helpful. Living at The Renaissance has been a great experience so far. The property operations and property management teams are extremely attentive, prompt, and detail-oriented, and they always follow-up and communicate extremely well.
