I moved in back in June 2026 and the move-in was great for me. This is my first apartment to rent and the atmosphere here is very quiet and pleasant around here. Rent may be a little pricey but with the Flex app they recommend, I'm able to pay my rent as two payments instead of paying the full price as one. My 1 bedroom/1 bathroom room is nice and it's on the second floor so I have a nice balcony and fireplace as well. When I moved in, I got a nice little welcome bag for me and i can see that the cleaning was okay.
