I bought a house outside of cos cob and hired the relocation group to manage it--rent it out and keep things working, while I lived far away. I have to say, they were excellent--I cannot fault them at all. They are not located near my house, but they took care of absolutely everything. I had no reason to worry about the house, knowing they would take care of everything, and when something needed fixing, they got people who not only good, but they also made sure they were not costly. They took care of the property as if it was their own, and they were careful of my costs, as if they were theirs.
