Please do not rent from these people...after a winter storm and broken pipes...you finally call back 10 days later. This company is crap! How dare you treat the people who rent from you like trash!! You should be ashamed!!

RecommendedI would never recommend them to anyone I came all the way from Houston Texas in they told me the place I was getting was In great shape but when I got here to the home was a crap I invested 4,000 dollars of my own money on someone else property that they lied in told the owner they did which they havent touched this property in 5 years I feel it’s not fair to me in my kids in I have taken legal action on this matter while I’m still in they home

The Relefords are terrible landlords. All they care about is how to get more money out of you. Either they dont know the laws or they keep attempting to break them. Ive had to point out the law a few times and then they backed off. Just know that even though every other property manager has a due by date of the 3rd the Relefords have made their date the 2nd so as to force a late fee if you dont get paid until the 3rd. They do not care AT ALL about any mitigating circumstances be it stores closing for a pandemic or nationwide... read more

Truly the least competent people alive. And they only hire others as worthless as themselves to make themselves feel normal. I have documented every encounter with them via recording and am preparing for litigation. Whoever wants to join me is free to!
