It's next to impossible to get a response from the Related Group owned properties in Tampa FL; nobody at the properties (Boulevard, Canopy, etc.) responds. Contacting Related Group directly doesn't help either as they'll transfer to someone who they say is at the local property where you'll leave a voicemail that never gets responded to. This is a horrible way to run a business, let alone apartment complexes. Prospective renters should be prepared for exceptionally long application approval times with this realty company. In my experience, most other realties typically provide a decision in less than a week. This company, however, took three weeks just to issue a rejection, leaving no time for applicants to make alternative arrangements and causing significant disappointment.
