More staff are needed on the floor to assist customers. I bought 2 Glen 20 in one package, which indicates a cheaper price because it is sold in 2 and I paid 14.00 $ The second day I went and bought a single one for 5.5 $. So, you can tell the false advertising 🤔.
A well set out retail shop. In a really convenient location entrance is adjacent Post Office in Westpoint Shopping Centre. Entrance near Max Webber Library.
The staff was very rude. It said closes at 6 pm on Christmas eve and when we reached at 5:30 and just asked why the doors were shut, she behaved rude and slammed the door on our face. Worst customer service
We reached at the store at 5:15 pm at The Reject Shop when mentioned it is open up to 6 (confirmed they are open on call). The staff spoke badly on inquiring if they are still open and slammed the door on our face. This is highly unprofessional. Please avoid this store.
