Staff was super helpful today with my two carts full of stuff!
They kept their promise of being cheap BUT DO NOT BUY THE MILK FROTHER, GET IT FROM KMART AS IT IS CHEAPER AND WORKS.
Applause to Tom with his kind and efficient customer service what a true gentleman. Tom was so lovely even though him and his team had a troubling day with payment operations being down and customers walking out of premises due to not being able to pay with card facilities. (Commonwealth Bank was directly across the road BTW 🤨🫤) Throughout Tom kept his composure and greeted each and everyone with a huge smile and treated each and every customer with sincerity. Thank you for being a SuperStar in 'others' day!
So much stock in such a tight space, I don't know how they do it! Maybe they need more storage in their stock room so their shop floor is more customer friendly. If me as an able bodied person finds it cramped i wonder how someone with a disability goes...
The young staff in the shop in the store were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The guy at the till initially was very accommodating when I asked if my small basket of goods could be kept for me until I returned later in the afternoon. Due to unforeseen delays (ie. long check-out cue at Coles) I only managed to get back to the store just before closing time - at EXACTLY 4h55.
