RecommendedCouldn't be happier with my decision to buy porch boards from RLC. Had a problem with some of the boards when they were delivered, and RLC's sales rep immediately bent over backwards to correct the problem. If I bought from a big box store, I would have been on hold with customer service for hours and likely not had the problem resolved for weeks. RLC has great prices and unbeatable customer service.

Our neighbor is having a significant addition put on their home. We all live on a narrow one lane private road. RLC is delivering the lumber periodically. This past Monday, the delivery required the use of a very large and long truck which could not use our neighbors driveway. The driver parked the truck on the lane and used a very capable multi-directional forklift to offload the truck and take the lumber to the work site.
