We came from out of town specifically to do some house hunting and David was tremendously helpful in showing us different condos and explaining the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and cities. I really felt like he was interested in understanding what our needs are, and what we liked or didn't like. He also offered insights about different types of structures and potential remodeling costs. He was kind, personable, and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

David was the realtor who helped me with the upgrade of my apartment in Kisalano to a larger apartment in Burnaby. We were very choosy about the place we wanted and David patiently guided is through about 50 apartments before we settled on the one we wanted.
