Convenient, Cozy, & Cute I’ve leased with Registry at Windsor park for the past year. The property is beautiful- inside the unit (Augusta), as well as the grounds; located near the beach, great restaurants, and shopping! The gym (fully stocked I might add) and other resident amenities are always clean, safe, and easily accessible for residents. I especially appreciated the support of office staff Lena and Holly. Overall Excellent Experience.

Love Love Loved this place! I absolutely loved living at the Registry. I was sad when I had to move out of the state. My apartment never gave me any problems and Kaitlyn in the office was always a pleasure and easy to work with. She always organized really fun events where I got to meet my neighbors, who are now my lifelong friends. I recommend.

Beautiful Apartments with excellent management team I have been a resident here for 1 1/2 years and recently transferred to a new apartment in the same property. I love the view and the property is very quiet and neat. The best part is the leasing and management team who will go above and beyond to help you with the move. Kaitlyn and Hollie are very helpful and supportive and I am glad that I have chosen to stay here.

I have been a resident here for over 1 year and recently transferred to a new apartment on the same property. The view from the apartment is very beautiful and the complex is very quiet and neat. The best part is that the leasing and management team will go above and beyond to make your move as convenient as possible. Kaitlyn and Hollie are very supportive and understanding and I am really glad that I decided to stay here.

Beautiful apartment community Staff was helpful and cared about my needs. The apartment was spacious with a screened patio and lots of upgrades. There were a lot of workers outside at the tennis court, pool and on the roof. You can see management is working to keep this place nice.

Excellent Effort, Still Awaiting possible income affordability program. Current Resident This apartment complex has been wonderful the 1.5 years we have lived here! We are only moving due to work. From the get go - moving from VA to Jax, they made the process so easy and answered all of our questions. Everything is quick and the staff has been fabulous. A lot of residents have lived here for a long time and it shows.
