Well maintained and caring staff
I had the pleasure of visiting The Regency Apartments in early August. I have toured a lot of apartment properties in my day. This may be THE cleanest, most well-kept, friendliest community I have come across in a long time. The property is spotless. The staff, including Sharon and Billy, are helpful and kind. The residents are happy, smiling and polite. Just an all-around pleasing experience. I highly recommend The Regency to anyone looking for an apartment in the Beaumont area. Keep up the great work!
From the the first day i came to the Regency, i knew i was home.... it was welcoming and inviting from the first day to today i have never been treated so kindly and with such great respect by the the staff and my neighbors and i never thought I would be here for as long as i have been and the staff are not just my landlord's they are in fact my family members.
