Actually repair things that need to be repaired! Have been down to talk to the staff multiple times for my heat not working and a loud blowing noise that continually comes through my window which has yet to be repaired! Then you send an email for me to rate a service that wasn't even completed. Truly a complete joke!

I’ve lived at The Regency from march to october 2018. The staff was always so kind and professional. Very quick to act on requests or to answer questions. If you are a foreing student write or call them directly they are super helpful!!! Thank Erika and Ashley!!! My studio apartment was relatively modern for being such an old building and I loved it. Great place to have friends over for a drink and enjoy Midtown/downtown. Lastly, the walls are pretty thick and I hardly ever heard neighbors which was a plus for being so close... read more

Convenient location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and things to see and do. Quiet neighbourhood and neighbours. Pet friendly. Great staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying here.
I absolutely love living here at the Regency! The staff here are AWESOME! If there is ever a problem they are on it immediately! We're more like a family than neighbors! The amenities are wonderful and having a concier makes me feel safe! If you're looking for a place in Midtown or Downtown you definitely want to check this place out. I lived at the Regency for two years with my other half. Great community and amazing staff. I would call the regency home again if I were to move back downtown.
Favorite place I've ever lived. Complete with a view that you can't get anywhere else in oklahoma city.
