Nice apartments! I've been living at The Regency for a year and a half now, and really enjoy it! My small dog and I love the place, because it has other pet owners living in the building, a fenced in area where my dog can run and play, and free doggie bags with a garbage. The management is very efficient and is constantly doing upgrades, which is nice. The rent is not cheap, but it's great if you want a nice apartment. I plan on signing a lease renewal for another year!
The Regency Old fixtures, lot of repairs needed but Im just glad it was recently bought by new management so renovations are expected soon!
